1: How do I restore my purchase or subscription on a new device?

Answer: Simply open the app on your new device, go to the Settings or Subscription screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the subscription.



2: What happens if I delete the app? Will I lose my subscription?

Answer: No, deleting the app will not cancel your subscription. Your subscription is managed by your Apple ID and will continue to renew automatically. You can reinstall the app anytime and tap “Restore Purchases” to regain access.



3: How can I cancel my subscription?

Answer: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Anime Character Identifier > Subscriptions, select the subscription, and choose “Cancel Subscription.” Learn more here: Apple’s guide.



4: Is my data safe? Do you share my information?

Answer: Your privacy is very important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
